Visit Day #2

Mommy found some pictures on Mimi's camera from yesterday and since she thinks I look so cute in it them she decided that I should add them to the blog.

These are pictures from tonight. I was enjoying myself.

Tummy Time

Even when I'm on vacation mommy makes me do my tummy time! She says its cause I can't let my developmental exercises go by the wayside. (those moms -uhh- who needs em?)

Uncle Michael saw that I had some drool hanging down so he came over to wipe my mouth for me. 

My Papa let me try on his hat...I think it was a little too big but I still looked cute in it. 

This morning he helped me with my tummy time. I got to show him all my favorite toys. 

After tummy time I sat on Papa's lap and showed him all the faces I know how to make. He thought I was too cute!

This is me at the Fayetteville airport waiting to board the plane. I was so excited and so happy!

I cried when daddy left us at the gate. I was so sad when mommy said that he had to stay and work.

But I was still on my best behavior. I slept on the plane and everyone told mommy how impressed they were with me.

This is the plane that we flew to Charlotte on.

I was so excited when mommy said that we were getting on another plane.

"Mommy look! This is our plane! Come on!"

Mimi picked us up at the airport. We snuck up and scared her. She did such a good job of keeping our visit a secret.

Mimi and Papa fed me dinner. I loved sitting in my chair that I borrowed from Lex. I liked it so much that mommy says we might have to buy one when we get home!

This morning after mommy fed me breakfast my Mimi showed me how to make noise using the bowls. I had such a big smile on my face!

Smiles and More Tummy Time

Mommy said that she loves that I recognize her now.

Today I lifted my chest and a tiny bit of my tummy off the floor AND MOMMY CAUGHT IT ON CAMERA!! Pay extra attention starting at 17 seconds.

Mommy has to finish packing up the clothes that are too small for me so that I have room to start crawling. "Mommy, please hurry up and put my old clothes in the storage room!!"

HOT HOT

Today it was over 80 degress here! Mommy and daddy took the bunting off of my carseat because they were worried that I would over heat and sweat in my seat. After they took it off daddy noticed that the straps were hitting on my neck and he didn't want it to hurt me so he picked out these styling covers for the straps.



Playing with my Exer-Saucer

I was playing with my Exer-Saucer today while Mommy did laundry and Daddy did the dishes. I LOVE my Exer-Saucer. My friends talk to me and I talk to them. Sometimes I dance and sometimes I chew on my dragonfly but it's ok cause he said I could.

Mommy got back the camera!

Today I am 5 months old!

The other morning mommy was paying some bills and I found the remote. I kept changing the channel and being a remote hog...I don't know where I got that from (*cough* daddy *cough *cough*)



Friday night I wore my PJ's to connection group but I put this really cute jacket over them. I looked really cute! And was excited to wear something from my 6month collection!

Yesterday the paparazzi was there as soon as I woke up from my nap! I was glad to see they got my good side!

I do tummy time everyday and yesterday after church Sampson decided to join me!

I wore an outfit from my Uncle Brian and Aunt Katie to church. The nursery workers said I looked soo cute!  

Mommy and Daddy caught me holding my bottle while they were getting ready for church. I know that I can hold my bottle but I pretend not to when anyone is around!



Tummy Time!

Mommy forgot the camera at connection group last night so the pictures that I was going to put up from yesterday will have to wait. Here are a few videos of me doing tummy time today--they are very good! My camera crew made sure to get my good side. :)

Today I picked this adorable shirt to honor my Aunt Amy's 16th birthday! I thought it was fitting especially since everyone says I look just like she did when she was little!

When I went to visit daddy at work today I walked around his office to see who needed my help filing taxes. I would poke my head around the corner and say, "Excuse me, do you need help filing your taxes?" I was so cute!

After I made my way around the building I propped up on the table and pretended to be daddy's hat rack. It was adorable on me!

My Day Part 2

After I have checked daddy's lunch I load up in my car-seat.

Sometime I have to wait for daddy to finish up with a client before I can go see him. Sometimes I just sit in my seat and talk, but other times I play with my toy.

When daddy lets us back into his office he gives me a HUGE hug and a big kiss! Sometimes we make silly faces at each other for a few minutes.

After he finishes his lunch, daddy shows me what he did before I visited and if I am lucky he lets me help finish some returns!



When we get home from daddy's office I help mommy take Sampson out for a walk.



After Sampson's walk it is time for me to eat my lunch.

After lunch I take my tummy time while mommy cleans.

After tummy time I load back up in my seat and head off to daddy's office again. Sometimes if we get there before daddy is ready to leave I stay in my car-seat and make funny faces at mommy.

Sometimes when we run errands with daddy we go visit our friends. I sit like a big girl when we go out...everyone comments on how cute I am when I do that.

When we get back from running errands I sometimes get an extra bath.

After my bathy, I get to have my dinner. I used to have dinner first but since I'm getting so good at eating I get to have dinner after now!

When I'm all done with my dinner I sit at the table while mommy and daddy eat their dinner.

Sometimes I talk to Sampson while they eat.

After all of that it is time for a bottle and bed.

Sometimes mommy and daddy have to cover up my legs a couple of times at night because I kick the blankets a ton when I start to fall asleep.
