Off to Play

I am such a good crawler! I go, go, go!!! Today when I was at Chloe's house I crawled all over the living room! I had so much fun playing with different toys and discovering new things!

I was very happy today when I got up from my nap. Mommy said that she had gone through all of my clothes and pulled out more big girls clothes for me! YAY!

When she was going through my stuff she also organized my old clothes. Mommy says this baby one was too big for me at first! WOW! Look at how much I grew!

When daddy read me my bedtime story I kept pulling at the rocking chair. Finally mommy and daddy realized that I just wanted to sit in my big girl chair while he read to me. I would get a big smile on my face when I would make it rock.

Brownies and Staples

As you may know we had a slight computer problem last week--my computer died!! Well...mommy's computer died that is. Yesterday we went to pick out the new computer and today we got to go get it! (we had to leave it over night so that they could copy everything over after they took apart the old one.)

I was so good when we went to staples! I waved "hi" and "bye" to every person I saw!! I was all smiles and remembered to use my inside voice.

After we got our computer we went to take daddy his lunch. He was out on the range so someone else had to run out to the car to get it for him and that was ok I guess but I was hoping to see my daddy. We did get to see him shoot while we were waiting though. That was SUPER COOL!

Since I was on my best behavior mommy said that I could help make the brownies when we got home! YAY! I love when I get to help in the kitchen!

A baby cow is a calf

Today daddy called to tell me and mommy that the cows by our subdivision had babies! I was so excited that I hurried to finish my dinner so I could go look at them. It was so neat! There are 4 baby cows!

Pool Time

Today I got to swim in my very first REAL pool! It was super fun! I even got a cool floatie that looks like a ladybug!!

Helping Mommy

Today I was a big help to mommy. She was doing the dishes and I was checking to make sure that they got really, really clean. I came up with the very best clean test for the plastic containers!

See? I stick my face in it! That way I can make sure it is super duper clean!

After we did the dishes I went upstairs so we could put away the towels and clean my room. I was so excited to look out my window!

Mommy was hanging up my clothes and I made a mad dash for the Mancave. Mommy found me there standing up next to the door calling "dada".

CX3 Picnic

Today was our Church picnic! It was so much fun! There was a semi-pro football team playing on the field by our pavilion. That was cool to watch but a bummer that we couldn't use the field. All of the daddies had a fun time watching the game.

I did get to swing on a swing for the first time ever! That was super cool!

 

It was very, very hot out so after we were at the playground for a while I wanted to go back to the pavilion so I could stand in the shade. Mommy parked my stroller under a tree so I could have room to stand and stretch my legs in the shade. Don't I look cute in the new outfit from my Mimi and Papa?

 

After everyone ate we all went over the soccer field to play kickball. I decided I didn't want to get my outfit dirty since it is new so I sat in the bleachers and cheered instead of playing. I did a great job of cheering! Daddy got a few good kicks in but near the middle of the game he switched over to be a coach. There were so many people on the field that the little kids kicking didn't know where they were suppose to run to. Daddy fixed it though! He ran the bases with them so they wouldn't get lost. Mommy says that when I get bigger daddy will do the same thing with me!!! I can't wait.

My Night Out

Daddy took mommy on a date tonight so I went to spend time at Chloe's house. I was sad for a while because I missed my mommy and daddy so Ms. Gina put me in the bouncer...I really didn't like it at first. I wanted MY bouncer.

After a while I warmed up to it though!

P'agetti

For dinner mommy was eating some pagetti and I refused to eat my dinner until I had a little bit of this super neat food. I tried to slurp it into my mouth but it wasn't working so well. In the end I think I did pretty good. I now know what I would look like if I had a super bad sunburn...or as an oompa loompa!!

Daddy's Smart Teeth

This morning mommy and daddy woke me up at 5:20! I was very confused since usually only daddy wakes me up and when he does I get to go right back to sleep. This time I had to get up and dressed for the day! When I found out that it was because we had to take daddy to the doctor to have his smart teeth removed I decided that I better stay awake all day so I could make sure he was ok! This is me at 6:30!

I was so good! Before daddy could go to the doctor he had to go to work for a little bit so mommy and I went for a drive around post. It was fun to see all the different units out on their morning runs.

Finally mommy parked the car and said that I could come play up front with her! I was so excited!!! When I sit up front I get to see all sorts of things that I don't get to see when I am in the back. I got to watch cars on Gruber and play with some stick that mommy uses when she drives.

I had so much fun playing with my toys and telling them all about our big day.

We finally got to take daddy to the doctor at 7:30. I made sure to tell daddy not to worry about me--I would be just fine playing with my toys.

Daddy was only in the doctor's special room for less than 30 minutes! I felt much better when he came out, smiled at me, and said "hey pretty girl!" I always smile really big when daddy says that. Since I knew that he was feeling ok I decided I would take a short 20 minute nap in the car and at the pharmacy where we had to get daddy's medicine.

It is almost 2pm here now and I just showed mommy how sneaky I am! She was in the kitchen, I was in my toy room, and daddy was in bed taking a nap. Well mommy made sure that she put up the locking baby gates so that I couldn't escape. ....I am no baby anymore so those do not contain me! The next thing she knows I am calling "dada dada" but it is muted...I managed to knock over the white baby gate (I refuse to say how I did it), crawled into mommy and daddy's room, and shut the door behind me (so that mommy wouldn't see me in there). I saw daddy in bed and was sitting on the floor on his side calling for him to get up!

GO ME!!! I AM THE SNEAKIEST OF ALL BABIES!!!!!!....I MEAN ..OF ALL BIG GIRLS!!!

Daddy's Work

Daddy has to work staff duty today so that means he is gone for a WHOLE day! When he does that we try to always take him dinner. Today we had to wait a very long time before he was allowed to leave for dinner ...guess we got there too early! I was ok with that though cause I got to play with him while we waited.

I had so much fun!! Everyone kept calling me his little runner.  I'm not sure why because I wasn't wearing my tennis shoes...

We had a lot of fun on our picnic. I got to sit on top of the picnic table! it was so cool. I got to see so much stuff!!!

Out for a Stroll

Several times a week I walk 2 miles with my friend Chloe. Today it was super hot so we only did 1.3ish miles. I still had fun though! I just love to show off my cute bows!
