Trick or Treat

This was the first time that I could really go trick or treating and eat the candy I got. I had a lot of fun. I wasn't sure which costume I wanted to wear so I tried both of them on before we left.

My Halloween Project

My mommy and her cousin saw a picture on Pinterest of a boy with a pumpkin hiney....well mommy's cousin had her daughter (my cousin Aubrey) make a hiney pumpkin. It was cute so mommy and I tried to recreate it. Very difficult to do! We tried to make it a little different by adding my hands for leaves but I didn't want to work with mommy on this and the orange on my hands didn't show up so the leaves are only red but I still think they are cute! An apple a day does..umm..something

Today I got to eat an apple right off the core! It was so fun!

We also worked on 2 craft projects after I finished my lunch...but they are surprises! I can't show you just yet!

Just Sittin and Pettin

Mommy let the doggies play outside a long time this morning before I woke up so they wouldn't be so hyper on me. That was good. I played with them for a while and then I wanted to just pet them.

This morning we rescued 2 puppies--Deek and Maddy. Deek is ~12 weeks old and is an American Stratforshire (related to pit bulls but generally bigger and nicer!) and Maddy is ~11 weeks old and is a lab hound mix just like Sampson! Maddy is totally going to be my little doggy--I like to pet her on the stairs and she is much calmer than the other two! This is me calling them:

Picture in The Paper

Last week I went to have my picture taken and put in the paper for the Halloween issue and it finally came out today!

Mommy and daddy are going to take lots of colored pictures on Halloween so don't worry-you'll get to see my whole costume!

Sneaking Around & Wearing the Bears

After mommy changed my diaper she had to let Sampson out to go potty. She didn't know I snuck behind her and she was in a hurry to get back to me and put my pants on so she didn't shut the back door all the way....heehee

This is me at nap time....mommy says I sleep just like daddy!

And when I got ready to go play outside I had to put on my sweatshirt cause it was cold! Isn't is cute?

Walking, Walking, Walking

I was up almost all night with a bad tummy ache. I was even up when daddy had to leave for work--I cried and didn't want to let go when he had to leave for work. Mommy finally got me to sleep about 6am and I slept all the way until 930! I felt much better when I woke up this morning. I took myself all the way downstairs by myself and then all over the downstairs.

Reading and Daddy's Birthday

This weekend was daddy's birthday so he got a 3 day weekend pass. It was great! We had our normal connection group on Friday night, Saturday daddy had to go to work anyways cause he is on a funeral detail and they had to go to one, and Sunday was daddy's actual birthday. It was great! We went to church, then Outback with friends, then we went to Lowe's cause daddy wanted to get stuff for the yard, and then daddy worked in the yard--all afternoon. That part was ok cause I got to go play in the yard too but I liked it better when mommy and I came in and made daddy's dinner request--sloppy joey's, french fries, and homemade ice cream cake. It was awesome!

We stayed home today and played alot. At bedtime I kept turning the page in my book.

Ballet & 'Bucks Coffee

Today Mrs. Steffanie came to visit us and she brought 'bucks coffee. Mommy was so excited for it. I tried a little bit of it after it cooled off.

I spilled it all over my outfit! But I still look adorable, huh?

Who's In the Cabinet?

While mommy was cleaning in the kitchen I decided to play a joke on her--I hid! When she finally found me she laughed and laughed!

Wacky Wednesday

I got woken up not long after I went to bed because we had to take daddy to the hospital. I was really confused what was going on until we got to the ER....we've been there 4 times since March (getting good use of the insurance is what mommy says.). This is a video of me at 1 am. I was so happy and on my best behavior the whole time!

After we left the hospital we got to come home to sleep for a little bit--then we had to take daddy back to the hospital so he could see a doctor in optometry. Finally we finished running around and I came home to take a good nap.

When I woke up we had to go to the Newspaper so they could take my picture to print next week. I was suppose to be a cowgirl but mommy and daddy decided they liked the elephant better. I'll post pictures as soon as I get one!

After my bathy I kept running around the living room with my phone saying, "da da da da dii dii da da da".

After mommy and daddy finally caught me long enough to get me dressed I decided I was tired.

PJs Go in the PJ Drawer

Today I helped mommy put away my clothes that go in drawers. Look what a great job I did.

Cheese Please!

For my mid-morning snack mommy gave me some cheese....and I LOVE IT! I loved it so much that I had some at lunch time with my corn and chicken nuggets. I ate a few pieces of corn and chicken nuggets but I ate ALL of my cheese and then I wanted mommy's cheese too!

My Car!!!

This morning mommy and I went to the grocery store for lots of food. When we got back mommy took me out of the car and set me down so I could walk into the house by myself while she carried in the groceries. I was on my way in when I saw it...my car! I took it outside to play with it last week and I forgot to bring it back in. I was so excited to see it!! I pushed stuff out of my way to get in it. Then I pulled out my phone to text all my friends that I found my car. YAY!

So Smart!

This morning mommy and daddy had to get to church early because they were helping teach Children' Church. While they were getting props out with the Nichols I played with the Nichols' kids. Mommy said it was time to pick up and she only had to tell me once! She was so proud of me.

Then after church was over we went out to lunch as a family to celebrate mommy and daddy's anniversary. Look at how good I did coloring.

Pro-Shoot and Saturday Sitter

This morning mommy had a Leading Ladies breakfast meeting so daddy went to help do the childcare. When the meeting was home we got to bring Ms.Bekah with us. She is the photographer from JoyShots who was doing my 1 year pictures. It was so much fun. We got to do a couple different outfits and lots of props. Mommy wont get the CD for about a week so I can't share them for a while. But this is what one of my outfits was.

Mommy and daddy went on a date tonight so I went to Chloe's house. This is a picture that Mrs. Gina took of me eating dinner. She told mommy and daddy that I ate it all up, yummy!

Friday Morning Mayhem!

This morning I woke up before 8am--and I'm not suppose to come out of my room until 8am....that way mommy always is guaranteed until then...but sometimes she lets me out a little early if she is already up and getting stuff done shhh don't tell daddy! I woke up at 730 and mommy said she needed a little more time, I guess she was up late last night/this morning. She said she would let me play with my talking purse and dolly if I was quiet because she also head a sad-headache...those are the worst! It all turned out ok for me though!

When she finally got me up I snuck into the bathroom while mommy was getting a new diaper and decided to give my big ducky a hug.

I kept talking to the ducky and mommy laughed at me cause she said I was so perfect!

I got to talk to the computer again this morning! I love doing that!

After breakfast we went back up stairs to see if mommy could decide on what I would wear today and I got to go up and down the stairs all by myself! What a big girl I am!

Post-Dinner Stroll

After dinner I was showing mommy and daddy how much progress I am doing on walking.

Playing with the Camera

Mommy and I played with the camera a little bit today at my snack time.

Then mommy let me play with the camera by myself! See if you can tell what funny thing I do at 3:40....

I Love You

Today mommy and I worked on saying "I love you". I refused to say it when the camera came on so mommy was sad about that. But look at how cute I am. I had lots of fun playing with the camera and telling the baby "hi". I also blow the baby lots of kisses!

A little later mommy was working on her homework and she peeked in on me in the toyroom. I was in my babydoll's pack-n-play!

Helping Mommy in the Yard

This morning mommy left because she was throwing a baby shower so that meant that daddy and I got to spend the morning together. We had a blast. When mommy got home she let daddy watch the ND game and took me outside to help her work in the yard. We just got a new weed-eater and mommy was excited to use it....she is so weird!

We had to take a break before we started! Guess we got worn out bringing out my toys.

Mommy weed-eated the back mound while I played. Daddy thought mommy was awesome since she could get it started on the first pull. One of my friend's daddy has the same weed-eater as us and he had to buy an electric start for her mommy. My mommy doesn't need that though!

After mommy weed-eated she brought out the mirror from the guest room. She wanted to see how I would play with it since I am going to use it for my photo-shoot next weekend with Ms. Bekah from JoyShoots Photography!

I loved talking to the baby in the mirror.

I blew the baby kisses and she blew them back.

I showed her how I go "bllrrr" and blow bubbles.

When we were all done we pretended like we were flying. Mommy was scared but I wasn't.
